The guide comes with actionable strategies for implementation around builder's existing systems.

The Building Podcast
The home build industry is a complicated beast. For 20+ years, I’ve been in the thick of it- Designing, documenting, project managing and researching homes. My experience includes ten years as Director and Senior Designer at Vibe Design Group before embarking on a solo venture, Katie Rees Design - Bringing focus to home design that brings families together.
Through this time, I became increasingly aware of how challenging it can be for homeowners planning to undertake a new custom build or renovation to get good advice in the earliest stages. Builders, architects and building designers don’t have the time, or sometimes the capabilities, to guide owners through the complexities of those early decision-making stages- Particularly when they aren’t yet engaged.
So, if the builders and designers don’t have the time to assist- Then who?
