As a home build mentor, I work alongside homeowners to strategise and support decision-making regarding their homes- Including buying, selling then, building and renovating.
Making decisions relating to our homes is tough because our homes shape our daily lives while representing one of our greatest financial assets (and debts).
Deciding whether to buy, build or renovate is a big deal. Changing your home has the potential to be one of the most amazing and rewarding experiences of your life- But we have all heard horror stories where the opposite was true. This tends to happen when we follow our heart’s desire without anticipating the time, money and energy required to pull it off.

I’ve been designing, documenting, building, project managing, and researching homes for over twenty years. My life’s passion is understanding what makes the best homes.
